1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • European Union countries

  • Selected international destinations

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Shipping method selected

  • Order weight 

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Slovakia & EU: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Darijaty has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount

6. Delays and Lost Packages

Darijaty is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@darijaty.com and we will assist you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout.

Darijaty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and items.
