Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email:

3. Return of Goods

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

  • Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs will be refunded (standard delivery only), in accordance with EU law

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products once download has begun

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been unsealed

Books: Printed books may be returned only if unused and in re-saleable condition.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after approval:
